I didn’t have much problems wth the irregularity, it actually provides some logical support (rule of leftovers). Very nice logical flow for me, around 30 minutes. So for me 1-2 stars difficulty.

Don't worry too much about struggling through the solution path. Irregulars are usually much harder to scan, making it harder to spot basic sudoku. Throw in an anti-knight constraint and it can get pretty messy. Given those constraints, I'm quite happy with the solution path and flow, but it is still irregular anti-knight haha. And this puzzle is definitely on the tougher side of 3-star in my opinion, so I think solving it, even with a scuffed solution path, is something to feel good about. :)

I wish I got as much enjoyment out of this as others seem to have, but I think the logical solution path, unfortunately, went right over my head. It took me over 3.5 hours to finally solve this, and I don't feel great about my logic for most deductions. This construction looks very complex, and I am sure is well done. I hope I can come back to this when I have had more experience with irregular regions and truly appreciate its beauty.
