Circumlocution

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- White dots join cells with consecutive digits. Black dots join digits in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
- Place one each of the 12 standard pentominoes in the caged cells of the grid. Black and white dots lie on pentomino borders, and each pentomino touches exactly one white dot and one black dot.
- Draw a loop in the caged cells of the grid. The loop enters and exits each pentomino only once and visits exactly two of its cells. The loop travels diagonally only when moving to a different pentomino, and all diagonal line segments have been given.
- In each 3x3 box, the section of the loop in that box contains a set of consecutive digits in any order.
For reference, these are the 12 standard pentominoes, which are all the unique ways to orthogonally arrange 5 squares:
Solution code: Row 7 then column 5

Wonderful puzzle! The pentominoes and loop logic was so fun! Definitely hard but definitely rewarding as well!
