Dutch Whisper Line rules apply.
Digits along each Dutch Whisper Line (orange) must differ by at least four(4).
German Whisper Line rules apply.
Digits along each German Whisper Line (green) must differ by at least five(5).
Min/Max rules apply.
Cells with arrows facing inward must contain numbers less than all orthogonal cells.
Kropki rules apply.
A white dot joins consecutive digits.
A black dot joins digits in a 1:2 ratio.
Not all dots are given.
The gray line is only used for decoration and has no other function.

Would love to solve, but the green and orange look identical to me with my colorblindness.
