Usually when there’s a lot of different rules in play it’s a sign of a sloppy build, but here the rulesets blend together beautifully.

These days, I've just stopped entering solution codes when they require 18 digits (I always wonder why it's needed). But I just had to make an exception for this puzzle, because it's so beautiful & smooth.
