Normal sudoku rules apply: place a digit from 1-9 in each cell such that digits do not repeat in a row, column, or box.
Thermos: Along a thermometer shape, digits must increase from bulb to tip.
Average Arrows: The digit in an arrow's circle must be the arithmetic mean of the digits along the arrow..

Clever puzzle ! It didn't register at first that R1C7 was on the thermo because of the bends though.

Sudokupad link probably has wrong solution check as I am getting an error after solving the puzzle.
sorry about that i accidentally put a wrong digit while manually putting the solution check in the grid it should be correct now- Isaiah
