Normal sudoku rules apply for the 9x9 grid. All cells outside the grid are equal to the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in their corresponding row or column (Sandwich Sums).
Numbers in cells joined by a dot must differ by exactly 7.
All possible dots are given. ie Orthogonally adjacent cells must not have a difference of 7 unless joined by a dot.

Great puzzle! I especially loved the break-in, and even the very end of the solve had some really cool deductions!
