Disclaimer: I feel like this puzzle can be either quite difficult or very easy, depending on how you approach it. I appreciate feedback on the matter.
Normal Sudoku Rules apply. Every row, column and marked region in the puzzle must contain the digits 1-9 exactly once.
Additional Rules:
Arrow: Digits on arrows sum to the number in the circle and may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Killer: Digits in cages sum to the number in the corner of the cage (if given) and can't repeat within a cage.
Kropki: Black dots connect cells in a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
