I'd call this 2.5* difficulty. Probably 3* if you're a bit new to counting circles. Hope you enjoy!

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrow: The digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Counting Circles: A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit appears in circles. Arrow circles are circles.

Thanks for the great puzzle! I've only solved a few circle puzzles before but everything solved very smoothly and was very logical. I'd actually rate it a 1/5 personally but that's with some counting circles familiarity.

Thank you for this entertaining Counting circles puzzle, Dag H! From figuring out the circles in the beginning to pursuing the smooth flow of logic with the arrows thereafter, I enjoyed everything of the solve. For me it was 2/5 difficulty, as I have solved (and set) some circle puzzles already which definitely helped. Thanks again for setting and sharing this enjoyable puzzle!
