Happy Birthday Chuy!
And here is the puzzle that lets you all play frisbee together with Chuy:
“Chuy the „Frisbee Detective““
Nala is about to let Chuy in on her secret frisbee finding techniques. She’s become sort of a pro at tracking them down because her owner is so notoriously bad at throwing them. They land in the most unexpected places and sometimes real detective work is needed to discover their whereabouts.
„Sometimes“, Nala tells him, „it’s easy enough to connect a few dots and there they are!“
„But at other times“, she continues „you have combine clues and find reoccurring patterns to find them.“
Wow! Chuy can’t wait to become a real „frisbee detective“ as well! His first practice is about to start right now:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and 3x3 box exactly once each.
The grid is partially covered in fog. Entering correct digits will clear the fog from surrounding cells, possibly revealing more clues.
If an arrow is present in a cell, the digit in the cell the arrow comes from appears in the grid in the direction of the arrow at a distance of N cells, where N is the digit in the arrow’s cell.
Example: If R3C4 had an arrow pointing to the left and R3C4 was a 2, then the digit below that arrow (R4C4) would appear in R3C2 again.
Each line in the grid is a palindrome. The sequence of digits along a palindrome read the same from both ends (Example: 12321). Each palindrome has its own color. Palindromes of the same color are connected.
Note that R3C1 and R2C2 are connected by such line and R4C2 is the only cell that is entered by a line more than once.
Digits in cells that are connected by a white dot are consecutive. Digits in cells that are connected by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all possible dots are given. (There is no negative constraint.)

Added a small clarification to the rules: „R4C2 is the only cell that is entered by a line more than once.“ based on valuable feedback I received :)
