Traffic Lights

Rules:
- Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply.
- Skyscrapers (central 3x3 grid). Digits in the central 3x3 grid represent heights of skyscrapers; a clue a in red disc indicates the number of skyscrapers visible in the corresponding row or column of the central 3x3 grid.
- X-Sums (central 5x5 grid). A clue in a yellow disc indicates the sum of the digits of the first X cells in the corresponding row or column of the central 5x5 grid, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
- Sandwiches (central 7x7 grid). A clue in a green disc indicates the sum of the digits placed between 1 and 9 in the corresponding row or column of the central 7x7 grid.
- Numbered rooms (9x9 grid). A clue outside the 9x9 grid indicates the digit which has to be placed in the Xth cell in its row or column, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.

I got confused with the dots being outside the boxes but once i understood each rule, it flowed beautifully. Lovely puzzle!
