Rules:
Within the thick-bordered 9x9 grid, place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box. A digit from 1 to 9 must be placed in each dashed-line cell outside the grid. Digits outside the grid give the order in which those digits must appear in the corresponding row or column, but not necessarily next to each other. Digits joined by a grey diamond add up either to 5 or to 10. Solvers must deduce the sum for every grey diamond. Not all diamonds are necessarily given. Adjacent digits along green lines must differ by at least 5.
This in an example of how digits in dotted cells work:
Solution code: Last column, top to bottom, including the outside clues (14 digits)

You know how MMORPG sometimes have bosses that are dps-check? This puzzle is an "effective notation" check -- choose your notations carefully!
moderately hard, low 5 stars

Oh my.
This one almost killed me. The path is very subtle & I found it very easy to make mistakes.
Impressive & satanic construction!

Easy to understand but satanic to solve ! Thanks for sharing :)

After building the main pattern of high-low digits along the lines I couldn't see how to figure out how to disambiguate the two sets, so ultimately just tried it one way and it worked. Still plenty of rewarding logic before and after that point.
- damasosos92: Thank you so much. I added a hidden comment with an explanation of the logic needed to disambiguate.

Super cool puzzle! The rules play well together. And of course it's quite satanic too!

Good puzzle, I personally believe that with patient observation, it should be possible to solve it. I am more curious about what the black square in the top left corner of the puzzle is for?
- that square is needed to make the cells outside the grid editable. It's a limit of the export from Penpa+, so it's not relevant for the puzzle.

It was really fun to solve this as one of the initial testers. Several steps were quite difficult, but it was ultimately very satisfying when everything finally fell into place!
