I had to restart twice because of (false) assumptions I was making. Third time was the charm. Thank you!

I had a broken kropki dot in Box 1 too, yet the CTC app said it was correct. I figured since the app said it was correct then I would try inputting the solution code, but alas, my solution code didn’t work. I had 3/4 on the dot in Box 1. I realised the problem was because I had treated the killer cage in Box 9 as a 10, rather than a 7. It’s quite strange that the app said the broken solution was correct.
@Lion Crow Hello. I create my puzzles in the F-Puzzles application and then duplicate it to CTC/SudokuPad after the fact. The conversion process does not allow me to input a correct solution, so both F-Puzzles and SudokuPad assume that if none of the rules it understands are broken, that it is correct. These programs do not check for German Whispers, Dutch Whispers, RENBAN, NABNER, or any other rules defined on lines by the setter. My understanding is if you turn off conflict checker that SudokuPad may allow you to break certain rules. This should be true no matter what puzzle you are working on, though. What an elegant puzzle. The interactions between the whisper lines and the cages was really fun.
