While I'm not the biggest fan of Counting Circles, I had this idea the other day and it worked out quite well. For online solving, I recommend Penpa+ in Number mode for the ability to cleanly write numbers on top of the circles. Enjoy!
Rules:
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column and box.
Counting Circles: Assign each circle in the grid a digit from 1-9. If a digit N is assigned to a circle, that digit must be assigned to exactly N circles. (Black and white circles share the same count.)
Kropki Pairs: Digits separated by a black circle have a ratio of 1:N, where N is the digit assigned to the circle. Digits separated by a white circle have a difference of N, where N is the digit assigned to the circle.
Solution code: row 9

Absolutely beautiful and challenging all the way through! I love how it requires logic all the way to the end, not just fill in the digits

A brilliant puzzle with great flow throughout! It was nice to see the 1-9 interaction, followed by the 1-8, 2-9 interactions and then it got harder but never frustrating. The solved puzzle looks beautiful on Penpa+ with beautiful digits on the Kropki dots. Thanks for sharing this.
