Each line consists of one or more contiguous groups of cells, each of which sums to N. These groups of cells do not overlap.
N is the same for lines of the same color and different for lines of a different color.
Digits may repeat freely on lines and even within sums.

Very clean logic with those lines - solved really cleanly once I had done my thinking.
I did a double-take, being colour-blind, as to whether there were two colours of lines or not. I assumed two because of the thicknesses as well, and assumed it was right because the logic turned out so well.
--Thank you for solving! Sorry if the colors where similar, I know nothing about how that works with colorblindness so I just picked what I thought looked good. That is exactly why I also made the thickness different though! Glad you could keep them apart and managed to solve the puzzle.
