Normal Sudoku rules apply. ARROWS- Numbers on arrows sum to the number in the arrow's circle. All arrows are straight lines, except for the one in box 2 and 3. Numbers may repeat on arrows, if other rules allow. DUTCH WHISPERS- Numbers on the red line are at least 4 apart from their neighbors on the line. Numbers may repeat on the red line. The number 5 does NOT appear on the red line. KROPKI PAIRS- Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Not all possible dots are given. KILLER CAGES- Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.

I confused myself twice with the center square, but the 3rd time was the charm and it fell into place afterward. Great puzzle!

Thought I was fully stuck at the end but then noticed a whole arrow I'd not calculated. Great relief. A lovely puzzle.

The hardest part for me was entering the answer. I kept putting in row 1 instead of row 9. I was about to message you to ask if there might be two solutions. A great puzzle as always.
