SHRÖDINGER CELL SUDOKU
Place the digits 0-9 once in each row, column, and box. There is one "S-cell" in each row, column, and box that contains two digits.

The value of an S-cell is a two digit number written using the digits in the cell. For example, a cell with [03] has the value 30, and a cell with [17] can be assigned the value 17 or 71 (but cannot have different values for the purposes of different clues).

SILENT KILLER
Digits may not repeat in a cage. The sum of values in a cage must equal the value of the cell pointed to by the cage's northwest corner. For example, R4C2 shows the sum of the cage in Box 4.

SILENT LITTLE KILLER
A cell containing an arrow must have a value equal to the sum of the values of the cells on the diagonal pointed to by the arrow.

Solution code: Row 9 (10 digits)

This is absolutely brilliant. I am in awe of the way you manage to produce puzzles which feel polished to perfection with so many different rule sets.

Loved the logic in this one - thanks!

Very nicely done! A little tricky to keep the 2-digit s-cell totals straight, but that's probably unavoidable with the software limitations
