Rules:
Arrow:
The digits along the arrow add to the digit in the circled cell.
Ratio:
Digits seperated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Difference:
Digits seperated by a white dot have a difference of 1.
Ratio/Difference:
Digits seperated by a grey dot have either a 1:2 ratio or a difference of 1.
You can solve it at f-puzzle or CTC.
