All 5's in the grid must strictly have EITHER; a '1' directly above it AND/OR a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Quadruples
Digits in a circle must appear in the four surrounding cells.
I've tried making the Quads version of Flat Mates a few times now, and I found it a tough constraint to completely base a puzzle on and not be dull - haha - so fingers crossed this version is enjoyable. Thank you for playing.
