My first puzzle, I hope you enjoy :)
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Counting Circles: A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit appears in circles.
Additionally ALL circled digits are also double in value. (e.g. if a 9 is circled the value of that cell is 18)
Killer cage: Values within a cage must sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage, digits may not repeat within a cage.
Numbers outside the grid indicate the value of that column/row.
Cells separated by an equals sign must be of equal value. Cells separated by an inequality sign points towards the lower value.
Cells separated by a white dot must have consecutive values.
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrows circle.(the arrow circle is NOT double in value.)
