Cells separated by an X sum to 10, and those by separated by a V sum to 5.
PARTIAL KROPKI
White dots separate consecutive digits, and black dots separate digits in a 1:2 ratio.

not a one star IMHO,
quite tough.
using my common xv color pairs worked in the end... and those pair up across the grid due to the symmetry.

Thank you for setting and sharing this enjoyable puzzle, juggler! At the beginning, I felt a little intimidated by the scarce clues, but the Half past ten-rule just works wonders.

Loved this! Was sort of staring at the screen for a while trying to figure out what to do after the break-in, but the logic was sublime.
