Quadruples: Digits shown in a circle must appear within the 2x2 area surrounding the circle.
NEGATIVE CONSTRAINT APPLIES. No 2x2 area without a given circle may contain one of the sets of digits contained in any circle.
An empty circle fulfills one of the given sets; which has to be resolved by the solver.
No circle may fulfill more than one of the given sets.
The grey square contains an even digit.

Right back at you with the mind blowing puzzle with a unique negative constraint! The combination of rules, regions, and placement of the circles kept giving more and more satisfying logic to uncover the digits. That negative rule really did some good work and the initial setting was great for helping understand how it worked.
