- Normal irregular 7x7 Sudoku rules apply, i.e. each row, column and region has to contain the digits from 1 to 7.
- Rellik Cages: All cages are Rellik Cages. Any combination of one or more digits within a Rellik Cage CANNOT sum to the value in the top left.
Example: A Rellik Cage with given value 6 may not contain (1,2,3), (1,5), (2,4) or a 6.
Here you can solve the puzzle online:
Solution code: Row 6 from left to right (7 digits in total)

Rellik cages are mindboggling. I liked this puzzle a lot. Thanks.

You are much welcome, Klausku, thank you for your comment! I am glad that you enjoyed this puzzle. Concerning "mindboggling": Although I have thought quite a bit about the possible perspectives on Rellik Cages, I still feel there is a lot I have to get my head around. Hopefully, I can use the ruleset for some more interesting puzzles.

What an amusing puzzle! I laughed as the rellik restriction ping-ponged between the cages.

Thank you for your comment, OGRussHood! I am glad that you had a fun solve. The pingpong effect is something I really like as well about this variant/setup.

Really nice puzzle and a fun new ruleset, thank you! I would agree with 2/5 stars.
**
Thank you for commenting, MatthewDonovan! Nice to hear that you like this ruleset. I also agree that 2/5 is a fair difficulty rating. In the beginning, I had estimated it a little too lightly.

Amazing once again!! Super fun... This rule set needs to be featured on CTC.
If anyone is struggling with the ruleset then give the first puzzle a try, its a great intro puzzle. I definitely felt like this was smoother because of the logic I learned in the first. Great puzzle!!

Thank you for your kind comment, theParad0x! I am glad that you enjoy the variant and deem it CTC-worthy.

changed estimated difficulty from 1/5 to 2/5 due to first solvers responses, no changes to the contents of the puzzle

Very nice. Thanks!
Given my solving time it was a 2 star for me. And it was not so much the Rellik constraint that took the time, but the irregular. :-)
**
You are much welcome, Sinuit, thank you for your nice comment! I think you are right: The geometry/irregular sudoku is of more importance in this puzzle. I think I will change the estimated difficulty to 2/5 and we will see where it lands once the dust has settled.

Another excellent puzzle! I'm glad to see this variant explored further, thank you!
This might be more like 2 star difficulty, but I'm not sure.
**
Thank you for your kind comment, Puzzle Weasel! I am glad that you like this variant. Also thanks for sharing your opinion on the difficulty. I was a little torn between 1/5 and 2/5, so maybe it is a classic 1.5/5 difficulty puzzle. :)
