Normal sudoku rules apply.
draw a 1 cell wide orthogonaly connected snake that doesnt touch itself not even diaganoly.
the snake starts and ends at the two small green circles
the snake acts as a german whisper line (adjacent digits on it have a difference of at least 5)
the cell with the red square is NOT on the snake
the digits in the big white circles show the amount of cells with snake ON ITS SEGMENT INCLUDING ITSELF. i.e if there is a circled 5 in R9C1 and then returns they are different segments. for example if the circle in the corner was a the snake could take R9C1 R9C2 R9C3 R8C1 R7C1 and then it would have to leave the row/column before it returned
digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio (one digit is double or halve the other.
digits separated by a white dot are consecutive
