Normal Sudoku rules apply.
SILENT SERIAL KILLER
If the sum of a cage is a 1-digit number, that number must be in the cell pointed at by the cage's northwest corner. If the sum is a 2-digit number, it must be in the domino formed by that cell and the one to its left. (Example: the sum of the cage in Box 3 is either a 1-digit number in R1C7, or a 2-digit number in R1C6 and R1C7).
SILENT LITTLE SERIAL KILLER
If the sum of the diagonal pointed to by an arrow is a 1-digit number, that number must be in the cell with the arrow. If the sum is a 2-digit number, it must be in the domino formed by that cell and the one to its left.

The two-digit sums felt intimidating at first. But after some progress felt like a very satisfying solve. Thanks for the setting.

Wow - thanks for this fantastic puzzle! A great addition to the series - the Serial rules are a lovely extension to what was already there and gave me some genuine eureka moments as I did the puzzle.

That two-digit addition is lovely! I'll admit, I haven't tried any of these after Hypertension because the ruleset didn't feel different enough from a regular killer/little killer to interest me much, but this new extension on the ruleset really solidifies this as its own genre in my mind. Thanks Mike!

Nice addition to the serie with the double digit sums. It felt more like a 2 stars for me if you already have played the previous puzzles from the serie.
