Each region with 7 cells must contain all 1 to 7. All cells which are in straight line of 7 cells must contain all 1 to 7. Digit in each purple line should be consecutive and can appear in any order. First number on inequality should be greater than other number. Two purple stars having different values.

Solution code: What's multiplication of all the numbers which are next to 5 on the outer most boundary in the clockwise direction. For e.g. in below image we have, 7, 3, 6, 2 which are next to 5 in most outer boundary. hence the answer would be - 2x7x3x6 = 252
