Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Diagonally and orthogonally adjacent cells cannot add up to 7.

The anti-7 constraint is new to me but it's used brilliantly here, I think this is a classic.

Relatively easy start to the colouring, then I found the middle section extremely tough. Still very fun though.
