Normal Sudoku rules apply.
5's live in Dutch Flats
All 5's in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Examples provided below on an empty grid.
XV Clues
The values of adjacent cells connected with the X must sum to 10. The values of adjacent cells connected with the V must sum to 5.
Equality cages
Cages must have an equal number of low (1,2,3,4) and high (6,7,8,9) digits AND an equal number of even (2,4,6,8) and odd (1,3,7,9) digits. Equality cages can never contain 5. Digits may not repeat in a cage.
Equality Cages (2468) and XV Clues (2378) can't exclusively create a unique solution, so I have combined them here. Hope you enjoy.

Excellent combination of these two variants. Flowed very nicely. Perfect 2* puzzle imo.

slightly tougher than 2 stars IMHO, but a good hybrid colouring puzzle, solution is half xv colouring, half EQ cages logic.

This series has been enjoyable, and this one is as well. Maybe a bit harder for me (~2.5) due to my unfamiliarity with equality cages. Thanks for yet another fine puzzle in the series.
