Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Denominators: There are nine denominator cells within the grid (exactly one per row, column, and 3x3 box), and these denominator cells form a complete set of the digits 1-9. Denominator cells count as 1/X for their value instead of the usual X/1 where X is the digit in that cell. (i.e. a denominator 4 would count as 1/4 or 0.25 for cage totals)
Digits within cages can't repeat, and the values within cages must sum to the total shown. (or obey the inequality symbol)
