Parallel Kropki 4x4
(Published on 27. January 2024, 22:14 by Spineraks)
This puzzle consists of two grids that are connected, each having their own rules.
Left grid:
- Normal 4x4 sudoku rules apply.
- Digits separated by a white circle are consecutive and digits separated by a black circle are in a 1:2 ratio.
Right grid:
- Cells outside of cages have the same digits as on the left grid.
- The digits in a cage are the same digits as on the left grid, except rotated around the center of their area (each cage separately by 0, 90, 180 or 270 degrees).
- Digits separated by a white circle are consecutive and digits separated by a black circle are in a 1:2 ratio.
- Normal sudoku rules might not apply!
(An example of a rotation is that the top-left digit goes top-right, the top-right digit goes bottom-right, the bottom-right digit goes bottom-left and the bottom-left digit goes top-left.)

I completely ignored one rule for a while, so my solve took much longer than it should've. Very fun and interesting ruleset!
