Normal Sudoku Rules: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every Row, Column, and 3x3 Box.
Negators: Place 9 'Negator' cells in the grid so that there is exactly one in every Row, Column, and 3x3 Box. Each Negator cell must contain a different digit. The value of a Negator cell is equal to -1 times the digit it contains.
Killer Cages: The values of the digits in a cage must sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Solution code: All digits from Row 3
