Bullet Bill (Region-Sum Lines)

I wanted to make a pure region-sum line puzzle. I was contemplating on making another version, but rather curious on the reception of this one.
Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-The blue lines are region-sum lines, where each segment of a blue line passing through boxes must have the same sum.

fantastic logic chain，I kind of cheated in the end (using the fact that a sudoku must have only one solution). The most interesting part is that traditional sudoku method is rarely applied to deduct that a number should exist in a certain cell, but just the opposite, it is always applied to deduct that a number should not exist in that certain cell.
