Rules:
• Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
• Killer Cages: Digits cannot repeat in a cage. The digits in a cage sum to the value in the top left.
• Digits in circles indicate the amount of odd digits in the 8 surrounding cells (not including itself).
• Digits in squares indicate the amount of even digits in the 8 surrounding cells (not including itself).
• Please Note: Circles and Squares do not indicate the parity of the digits within.

I found this puzzle actually really difficult to get my head around. Not one deduction came easy. Satisfying to find the path forward after each small step. Thanks for the puzzle!

It is a nice puzzle. Enjoyed how the clues work together.
The circles and squares do not indicate the parity of the digits within. This might need updating in the rules.

Are we to assume that we do NOT know the parity of the digits in the circles and squares? Or are they the usual, wherein digits in circles are odd and digits in squares are even?
