Modified German Whispers line: adjacent digits along a green line must differ by 3 or more.
Inequality: the greater than sign '>' indicates which digit is greater than the other.
Solution code: All digits in row 4 from left to right

Really nice puzzle. It's always so impressive with how few clues you can make an approachable sudoku.

Very nice but I saw the > as a V and took a while to figure out my mistake.
Have to read the rules more carefully next time.

I was so confused at first! Despite having read the rules, I kept interpreting the ">" as a "V", so I could not get valid German Whispers.
Once I realised my mistake, however, everything flowed very nicely, great puzzle!
