A dutch whispers and killer Sudoku variant
Rules:
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply
2. Adjacent digits on a Dutch Whispers line must have a difference of 4 or greater.
3. Digits in a Killer Cage must not repeat and sum to the number on the top left of the cage.
