gdc had the idea to combine Fog of War (local) with Galaxies (global) for a very interesting construction. As my last puzzle Odd Nebula was a big success, here is its big brother. Still approachable, but not so easy as before. Thanks to the CtC fan discord for testing and feedback and especially gdc for a lot of feedback and the final puzzle title.
Rules:Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits reveals clues in the surrounding 3x3 area. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given. Digits in big white circles (quads) must appear in the surrounding 4 cells. Digits in a grey circle must be odd.
Spiral Galaxy: Divide the grid into galaxies, which are orthogonally connected groups of cells that have 180 degree rotational symmetry about their centers, and do not overlap with other galaxies. All cells must be part of a galaxy. The digits in each galaxy do not repeat and sum up to 27.
All circular clues (dots, quads, grey circles) are centers of galaxies. All centers of galaxies contain a circular clue.

This is one of the best puzzles I've done in weeks. It took a while for me to get started, but the logic is wonderful and it had a beautiful flow throughout. I enjoyed it immensely!

Wow what an incredibly fun and rewarding puzzle! Especially loved how R6C8 doesn't fully reveal itself til the end. Also working on the galaxies was great fun!

This was very very nice! There were definitely some moments where I stumbled into the right place the wrong way, but I was able to put things together again. Lots of great logic and fun!

Really enjoyed this puzzle! I’m very new with galaxy puzzles so I was very pleased to be able to solve this. Puzzle isn’t too difficult, but still involves lots of thinking and combining all rules to make a really fun solve.

Very nice combination of fog of war and spiral galaxies. If you like challenging coloring puzzles, definitely give this one a go!
