I had the idea for a minimal kropki/fog puzzle for a while but didn't know how to package it properly. Then Scojo issued a challenge for an ambiguity puzzle and making the dots ambiguous turned out to be the final puzzle piece. Thanks to the CtC fan discord for testing and feedback.
Solution code: row 9 (9 digits)

Agree with others both on fun design and being 2*

Thanks for the lovely puzzle! Once I got the break-in and the implications of it the rest of it flowed so smoothly.

A very beautiful puzzle, I enjoyed it very much. But, as others have mentioned before, I also wouldn't rate it as 1star. Please remember that not everyone is at CTC level ...

I am back to sudoku after long time and thanks to this wonderful puzzle I think I am back in game. I felt this as 2* difficulty though.

Thanks, this was fun. Took me a bit to figure out how to start but once I did, it flowed nicely.

Surprisingly challenging! Beautiful use of ambiguity; for such a straight-forward ruleset, it certainly gets pushed to its limits. Amazing job (as always).

I bloody loved this. Definitely wasn't a 1 star for me, at least a solid 2.
One of the most elegant and beautiful break-ins I've seen in a FOW. Not in terms of difficulty, it was quite easy to get it, but just sheer loveliness.
I have seen ambiguous kropki dots done before but not with as much class as this.
Great song too!

I went for a solve, on a winter's day. Got lost in the fog, I found along the way. Kropkifornia Dreaming!

Lovely idea! At some stages I feared I'd get stuck, but it was very cleverly set, and I could finish this.
Bravo, very good puzzle!

I'm surprised I haven't seen ambiguous dots before in a sudoku. Glad someone finally made one. It worked well for this puzzle!
