Route 5 (Instructionless)

I'm pleased to share my first instructionless here on the portal, incidentally checking another box on my puzzle to-do list. Trying to design an example that sufficiently demonstrates the ruleset was more challenging than I expected, but it should be unambiguous if you get the correct idea. Have fun solving!
Rules
- Use the provided example to deduce the exact rules. The example puzzle can be solved uniquely if the correct ruleset is used.
Solution code: The number of turns of the loop in each row of the main puzzle, from top to bottom.
