Normal sudoku rules apply: Fill the grid with digits from 1 to 9, so that every row, column, and 3x3 box contains each of the 9 digits exactly once.
Fog of war rules apply: The grid is partially covered in fog; placing a correct digit will clear the fog from its 3x3 neighborhood. Guessing is not necessary, and is generally considered dishonorable.
Green lines are German Whispers lines: Successive digits differ by at least 5.
Blue lines are "average lines": In every group of 3 successive digits along a line, one digit is the average of the other two. For example, a line of 4 cells might contain 2135; 2 is the average of 1 and 3 and 3 is the average of 1 and 5.
Digits joined by a black kropki dot are in a 1 to 2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
You can solve this in the CTC-app.
For a harder puzzle with average lines, see my Average line sudoku.
Solution code: Row 9 and column 1.

Great rule set. Average line worked really well with the fog.

This was tough for me. I've never done average lines or German Whisper lines, so it took me a while to even figure out how to start. I thought I was doing OK, then got an impossible contradiction. I started over from scratch, stepped away for a day or so to clear my confusion, and finally saw all the tricks after a few days of looking at it on and off. I definitely liked the challenge!

Very nice puzzle. Bit challenging but logical. Thank you.
@hardline35: I'm glad you liked it. That seems to be a minority opinion; at the moment this is my lowest-rated puzzle.
