Eine Kleine Grachtmusik

Standard sudoku rules apply.
Shade some cells in the grid, so that the shaded and unshaded areas are both orthogonally connected, and so that no 2x2 square is either fully shaded or fully unshaded.
Digits in cages can't repeat. Digits in shaded cells count negatively towards the total of the cage they feature in.
Draw a loop in the grid which passes through all cages at least once. The loop only progresses orthogonally, never diagonally. The loop acts as a Dutch Whispers line (consecutive digits must have be at least 4 apart). Moreover, the loop must alternate between shaded and unshaded cells.
Have fun!
Solution code: Row 1 left to right then Column 5 from top to bottom, separated by a % sign.

Very nice puzzle! I really liked how the rules and their deduction concepts worked together in this grid.

F puzzles is not convenient for this puzzle at all. You need to utilize colors and somehow draw a line (which I don't see that option there).
