Chaos Construction
Divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each row, column and region contains the digits 1-9 once each.
X-Sums
A clue outside the grid is the sum of the first X cells in the corresponding row/column, where X is the digit in the cell nearest to the clue.
In addition, in every row/column with a clue, the first X cells are in the same region, and the X+1th cell is in a different region.
The ?-clues also have this region building property but the sum is unknown.
Consecutive Pairs
Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.

well, now I understand why this is at 80 solves and 98% rating. I do agree with KNT though, this should not be higher than 3 stars.

Lovely construction and a very fun puzzle! The flow of logic is so smooth, it never failed to point towards the next steps and the final disambiguating also came at the almost last moment. Thanks for sharing this great puzzle.

There are so many brilliant settings in this puzzle ! I enjoyed it so much! In terms of difficulties, although those deductions are not too hard to find, there are quite a few deduction combined together. So I think it is reasonable to give this 5*.

I found it a lot easier than what people suggest, but a very fun solve!
