Modular Darts
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. The digit in a circle and the circle's clue number both have the same remainder when divided by 3. Eg: A circle with a clue of 17 could contain the digits 2, 5 or 8, because 17 has a remainder of 2 when divided by 3, and this is also true for 2, 5 and 8. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.

A very nice idea that could have been better executed. After some promising steps, middle game is reduced to number scanning.

Very nice.
Btw.: There is a tag 'Darts', you could set it. Unfortunately there is only one more puzzle with this tag, but there could be some more. Use 'Advance search' with 'darts' to find them.

It's just challenging enough every step of the way to keep any solver wowed from start to finish. Love it!
