Doubly Consecutive Cages

(Published on 9. January 2024, 20:19 by JustinTucker)

This puzzle is inspired by RedBarchetta. I don't know if it is new or interesting.
  • The digits 1 to 6 appear once in every row and column
  • Digits inside a cage are different.
  • The cage sums are all different and form a consecutive set of integers, i. e. n, n+1, n+2, ..., N.
  • If the sums of two cages differ by one, the cages touch each other.
  • Link to sudokupad. Thank you very much, SlickDude! Infact, I'm using my printer and a pencil for all the marvelous puzzles around here...

Wonderful puzzle! My only complaint was having to write down to solve. I've made a sudokupad link with answer check for those who want to try there: https://sudokupad.app/ksxra7fsqp

Nice idea, but I don't think it is 3 stars (Or maybe the puzzle is two stars and one extra star for solving in MS Paint :))
