Unknown Buildings
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Clues outside the grid show how many digits are 'seen' at that direction with higher digits blocking the lower digits from view (i.e. if it is on left side means from left to right, if it is on top side means from top to bottom). '?'s are a set of digits from 1 to 9 (i.e. different '?'s have different values). Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive digits. Digits separated by a black dot must be in ratio 1:2. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Solution code: Row 8 followed by row 9 (without the clues outside).

Oh boy, another one of these mad constructions with only question mark clues. "The madder, the better", I always say.
