Whispers and Shouts

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply: Each row, column and box must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each.
Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (ie one digit is double the other). Not all dots are given.
Whisper and Shout Lines: Each green line is either a whisper line or a shout line, but which ones are which must be determined.
Adjacent digits along a whisper line must differ by AT LEAST x, where x is equal to 5, 6, 7, or 8. No two whisper lines use the same value for x.
Adjacent digits along a shout line must differ by AT MOST x, where x is equal to 0, 1, 2, or 3. No two shout lines use the same value for x.
