Tapeworm (Region Sum Line Sudoku)

(Published on 5. January 2024, 23:44 by AnalyticalNinja )

I made a puzzle with a really long region sum line, I hope you enjoy it!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits on the really long blue line must have an equal sum within each box it passes through. Each time it passes through a box counts as a separate sum.
Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits.
Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.

I almost had an aneurysm my first attempt because I thought there was a negative constraint. The rules don't state it, but not all dots are given. It's possible for consecutive digits to be adjacent or at a 2:1 ration even without a dot between them. THEN the puzzle can be solved once you know that. I hit a wall and kept restarting thinking I'd made a mistake until I realized it.
