Standard sudoku rules apply.
Cells within a cage must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
Cells along a diagonal indicated by an arrow outside the grid must sum to the number by the arrow.
The red lines are anti-palindrome lines: cells equidistant from opposite ends of a line must sum to 10.
Solution code: Enter row 4 followed by column 9, with no spaces or punctuation.

@chain.reader Thanks for solving Pinwheel! The puzzle wasn't designed with SET in mind, but SET is a general purpose tool with many potential applications. Check out BremSter's solve for a different approach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDplVPYdhJI&t=9s

The break in was quite good.
I used Set for the last few bits (not the ring, the other one, no idea what it's called), was that needed or was I just missing something obvious?

Clever combination of the anti-palindrome lines and the diagonal sums, approachable by still requires some thinking.
