Normal Sudoku rules apply.
On renban lines digits form a set of consecutive digits in some order.
On white dots digits must differ by one.
On black dots digits must be of a ratio 1:2.
All dots are given. (Adjacent cells can be 1 and 2 if separated by either a black or a white dot)

I think 1/2 on black dot in box2 should not be allowed with the ruleset because there is no white dot that satisfies it as well. But in any case that assumption leads to quick contradiction and then i think the puzzle solves as intended.

Interesting point. I see how it can cause confusion. I should have been more clear in the ruleset.
