Rules:
Cross the Streams: Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected but no 2x2 area is entirely shaded. Clues on the top and the left represent the length of the consecutive shaded blocks, where at least one unshaded cell must separate the blocks.
Japanese Sums: Place a digit from 1-9 into every unshaded cell so that no digit repeats in a row or column. Clues on the top and the left give the sum of the digits in each contiguous group of unshaded cells. At least one shaded cell must separate the groups.
Skyscraper: Treat each digit as a building of that height. Clues on the top and the left give the amount of distinct buildings visible from that direction. Taller buildings block the view of smaller buildings.
Chaos: While I was setting the puzzle I dropped it and all the clues were scrambled. I didn't have time to fix them all, so I just put all 3 clue types together in ascending order. For any row / column, either all clues or no clues are provided. I also cryptified the digits 1-9 with the 9 letters of your nickname. Some digits (including 0) I replaced with ?s, where a ? is single digit and a ?? is a double digit clue with no 0 in the ten's digit, so hope you have fun!
Solution code: Column 6 top to bottom, with S for shaded cells.

Amazing puzzle ! I can say I agree with all the things Silverstep mentioned in the hidden comment. An incredible construction. Thanks :)

Es hat lang gedauert, das Chaos aufzuräumen, aber es hat sich sehr gelohnt. Wunderschöner Lösungsweg.

Wonderful, and a very rewarding solve despite my slow going at it :) Remembering the ascending order thing plays such a vital role in this one, which is a good advice for people that want to tackle this one in the (near) future.

@Silverstep There's a bunch of people who get together at the end of the year to ritually sacrifice one of their loved ones in order to individually spawn a satanic puzzle from the pits of hell, which is then happily gifted to a math darklord eagerly awaiting puzzle torture.

What an awesome start to the new year. I imagine it will be a while until I solve a Japanese Sums in 2024 that I enjoy more than this one.
