2024 (Killers and Kropki)

Happy New Year to all! May it be another good year of puzzling :] This puzzle was very much inspired by the recent killer puzzles from Mr Menace and Qodec both of which of course I highly recommend checking out.
RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the value given.
- The white dot joins two consecutive digits.
