Foggy New Year

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Correctly placed digits clear the fog around them.
Digits cannot repeat within a cage, and all cages sum to either 20 or 24.
Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
